INTERNAL WIDTHS

For those seeking the greatest variety of tires, our RP road wheels use an internal width of 21mm, but not too much, maximizing compatibility with 25-32mm tires.

ADJUSTED RIGIDITY

A wheel is not just a rim, hub, and spokes, but a system that works together where many elements affect performance. Spoke tension significantly influences the rigidity and feel of a wheel.

DIRECTED SPOKE HOLES

By aligning the spoke hole angle with the angle at which the spoke exits the rim, we significantly reduce tension on the spoke nipple. Although applying this technology requires additional design and manufacturing work, the result is a much more reliable wheel with fewer chances of spoke breakage.

J-BEND SPOKES

During our reliability tests, J-BEND spokes show a significant increase in fatigue resistance, resulting in a truer wheel and greater durability.

SECURE NIPPLE LOCK

We apply a thread lock to each nipple separately. This liquid creates greater friction between the threaded part of the spoke and the nipple, removing air between them, which ensures that the spoke does not lose tension and allows for adjustments if necessary.
