The new Mugi cape is designed to accompany you in your daily life; the city and its unstoppable rhythm, pedaling towards your work, an unexpected last-minute meeting, or doing your daily tasks on the bike.

Even if you are caught by a cold and rainy day or need to go faster and pick up the pace, its low-volume, highly breathable Gore-Tex Infinium fabric will protect you from cold air and low temperatures while keeping you dry by expelling excess moisture and thus avoiding the feeling of cold. If you are surprised by light rain, thanks to the water-repellent membrane and its heat-sealed interior seams, you will avoid getting wet during your commutes.

For those rainy days, it also features an easy-to-fold hood for use under a helmet and includes two reflective elements, one on the hood and another on the back, to enhance visibility during the early morning hours or in low light conditions.

The cuffs are made with Gore-Tex fabric, elastic and oversized, to facilitate quick and secure on-and-off of the cape, while also providing a snug fit around the wrists to prevent cold air, water, or heat loss.

Its understated design also allows you to wear it off the bike, as a sports jacket both during leisure time and for everyday commuting in the city. For added convenience, if needed, you can fold it and store it in an integrated zippered bag located on the back of the cape. Once folded, it takes up so little space that to transport it comfortably, it comes with an elastic band that serves as a belt with a clip closure.
